What drives Moncton prices

Moncton is eastern New Brunswick's hub at the Hwy 2/15 junction. It is Atlantic Canada's main distribution and logistics centre, with rail and airport access. Freight moves through this city from every direction. Hwy 2 and Hwy 15 meet here, and the rail and air links sit on top of that. Trucks, trains, and planes all pass through the same city. A market built on distribution is a market defined by movement, and Moncton sits at the centre of it for the whole region.
